Where do iShop-Mall products come from ?

iShop-Mall is headquartered in the United Kingdom, we have warehouses in both the UK and US where we forward goods that are purchased from our suppliers. We only sell 100% genuine authentic goods from world renowned brands. All purchases made on will travel through one of our global warehouses and fly to your country using our own shipping service allowing us to ensure a high level of customer service and fast delivery speed.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is only 5 GBP per order, no matter how many item you have purchased and no matter how heavy the items are - the charge is only 5 GBP.

5 GBP is all you are going to pay!

What about duties and taxes?

All iShop-Mall products are exported from either the UK or US and must clear customs prior to being made available for delivery. By purchasing goods from iShop-Mall, you authorize our agents to act on your behalf to clear the products with the local customs office and there may be additional charges on top of what you have paid iShop-Mall for the products. In Zambia the duty and tax free limit for international online purchases is $500 USD or 6000 kwacha, this means if your total purchase is under that amount then you will likely not pay any duties and taxes. If the total purchase is OVER $500 then you may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and clearance charges for import.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect your order to be ready for collection within 8-12 days, after placing the order it will first stop at one of our warehouses so we can check the contents and then update the product as "shipped". You have the opportunity to cancel your order prior to the goods being dispatched.

Will tracking information be available?

Yes, once the goods are exported from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can follow your order from the US or UK to your country via iShop-Worldwide. You will also be notified when it is available for pickup or if we need any additional information.
