Do you offer a refund policy?
Yes, our goal is to make sure you receive exactly what was ordered and we have delivered it to you in good condition. You have the right to refuse the shipment if it is not what you ordered or it was damaged, please ensure you carefully inspect the shipment PRIOR to leaving the collection point. Shipments will only be released to the person with a matching name on delivery details from iShop-Mall at time of order and proof of identification will be required to collect.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel as long as the products have not yet been shipped to your country by alerting our customer service team at help@iShop-Mall.com with your order number and a message that you wish to cancel. After you place your order you will have 24-48 hours to send us a message but after 48 hours there is a high likelihood that the products have been shipped and the cancellation window has closed.
What are the conditions for refund?
We will offer a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days or offer a replacement if you refuse the product at collection for the following reasons:
- Not what was ordered
- Missing accessories
- The product is defective / broken
Please contact customer service immediately after refusing a shipment with details about the issue so we can help you.
When is a refund not offered?
All of our products are shipped from overseas, therefore it is very important you choose the correct product and understand our terms and conditions. The below reasons are NOT acceptable reasons to request a refund:
- You do not like the product
- It does not fit properly
- You do not understand how to use it
- It does not meet your expectations
- It stopped working after you collected it
iShop-Mall is not the manufacturer of any products we sell and cannot provide any post-sale refunds for defects however we can assist with directing you to contact details for repairs or warranty claims if needed.
Do the products have a warranty?
All of our products come from overseas and therefore are subject to the global warranty offered by that brand. Please note that some brands do not offer warranty support for products purchased from a different country. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check with the manufacturer prior to purchase to understand if a warranty will be offered.
